What is Pisco?Pisco means bird (Pishco) in the Quechua dialect. ya, yo habeda oeddo de su uso en almereda, valencia, caabtnria, portugal, en japf3n y en muchedsimas partes el sudeste asie1tico y e1frica, pero la verdad es que ni lo habeda visto nunca ni lo habeda preparado.gracias por tu informacif3n un plato, pulpo a feira con pulpo seco!! sabes cf3mo preparan el pulpo? lo hidratan, lo utilizan seco, lo cuecen?el viernes hice un caldo con parte del pulpo, pero segueda duro y costaba masticarlo; la verdad es que sf3lo aproveche9 el caldo que quedf3 muy parecido al de un pulpo fresco gracias! espero tu respuesta
