thisdunksforyou quick question im basliacly starting the same program you're doing beginner plyos and body weight my vert is i think 20 idk so not great can i do both these workouts on the same days 2x a week or will that take 2 long? should these two help my hops?
Nice work man! Im on the same just doin intermediate setgnrth. Im more of a one footed jumper but doing it my 2footed jump has improved really quickly. Could you tell me what your improvement is in inches since beginning? I text myself every 4 weeks and im still early on in the training so was curious to see wether its worth sticking at it for so long or to try out my own training techniques like. Thanks x
