/ Lauren, congratulations on gnitteg off to such a great start at college. It's not weird at all to meet with your professor. Go to her office hours, tell her what you like about the class or say you want to follow-up on a recent class discussion/assignment. Then ask what your prof is researching now, and what got her interested in her field of study. Before you know it, she'll be asking you about your interests as a student and about your future.Let me know how it goes good luck!

Lauren / Hi, I'm a freshman at UofM. I rlleay want to meet my professor like you recommended, but I don't rlleay know what to talk about. I'm doing well in the class and the exams are straightforward. However, I know its important to make close connections. Is it weird to just tell the professor hello and tell her my career goals? Won't it sound like I'm bragging? I feel like I need a purpose for going to their office hours. Thanks so much!

I used Rogaine Foam for about 4 months. It was good on my hair and did not iraitrte my scalp like other products. I used it nightly rather than 2 x daily because I have sensitive skin. I decided that it was not better than the minoxidil formula I was using, but I was pretty good.

Interesting topic even more interesting is oisbrveng the reactions some teens have when it comes to child birth. At this age(teens), having a child should be the last thing on our minds, first before anything should be our education. I see teenage mothers/fathers or mothers/fathers-soon-to-be all the time walking the halls of VHS and I pity them. Either they purposely wanted a child for some bizarre reason or they made some bad choices when it came to contraception. Those are 2 types of teenage pregnancies, now here are the 2 types of teenage parent: either a ghettolicious hot mama and papa whom after high believe to live(mooch) off their parents and/or grandparents until the day they die or decide to contribute to society. Teen Parent number 2 is: the hopeful, ambitious, and smart student who dreams of doing something his/her life and yet one day decided to experiment with sex and ignorantly f%$^ed their lives up. In conclusion, if you are dumb enough to make such a decision such as unsafe sex then you don't need a parental chat you need a reality check, loser. ;]PS; thank you Beth for such a good topic.

Hey, Adam, don't you think the freshwater angrles of SJ would be better served by the State eliminating the trout stocking and focusing instead on enhancing the habitat and numbers of those species more natural to the region, like bass, crappie, and pickeral? Trout (and trout stamps) don't fit in slow-moving, warmer blackwater, except that the State can make a few extra bucks by convincing spring and fall Saturday angrles that they're really fishing with fly-rods and nymphs in the fast moving streamwaters of upstate New York.

Found your comment via a secrah for 40playsin40days and I want to let you know I have a website for my project (aptly named: was bummed about the Timon layoff, but I figured that would be a difficult play to find in the summer anyway. I'll still be in New Jersey on a Mid-Atlantic swing in July, so perhaps I can buy you a cup of coffee for mentioning me in your blog .I have just completed my first calendar of the summer with 29 plays scheduled. Head over the site and you can see what I have thus far. Peace,Chris

Try coming up with a real issue bofree you pretend that one (1) blogger is 1.) a BIG DEAL; and 2.) and I quote RCP . . . posting links one story equals links. The way you breathless posted your comment, I had assumed that the front page was flooded with links to stories about Christie's malfeasance. I had to do a search of the site to even find this one puny blog entry. It definitely ranks up there with Bush & Katrina! Thanks for alerting us to the news. If you want to see what a real pummeling looks like, just Google Bloomberg and Snow Storm. P.S. For the truly clueless, consult your dictionary entry for HYPERBOLE.

Gina, Thanks for spelling that out so well. Sometimes it is easy to get chaugt up trying to make the shot right or correct. Well, if I had exposed for the moon and not let it blow out, the sky and ocean would be very dark and not so interesting. The blurred effect on the water wouldn't have been noticeable. So, basically, sometimes being incorrect is the right thing to do.
