There are many and med researchers are conansttly finding more.So far they have discovered that it helps prevent cancer of over 40 types. It has a neurological function that appears to prevent diseases like Alzheimer's and depression and while we are on the A's arthritis! The anti bodies in it help prevent ordinary things like colds and flu etc as well.In the old days (and maybe today too) old people would drink it to enable them to digest better as it is the second easiest substance for humans to digest (after colostrum)Researchers are currently investigating whether or not it can cure HIV.One guy recommends it for erectile dysfunction! All good!Too good to be true but the stats are there! Was this answer helpful?
Gwen, I know it's been a while since you posed your question, but I've been in your shoes and want to tell you not to worry. I had a lot of trluboe breast-feeding my first I saw a (wonderful) lactation consultant, pumped multiple times a day to stimulate milk production, etc, etc. Even so, I had to supplement with formula because my daughter still wasn't getting enough nourishment. At that point, so that I wouldn't confuse her by giving her a bottle, I used one of those setups where she got the formula through a tiny tube next to my nipple as she nursed and I still remember how her eyes flew open in shock when her suck finally produced an abundance of milk, and how eagerly she nursed at that point. It was right around then that I decided that I didn't want my daughter's babyhood to be all about struggling to nurse her, and I switched to the bottle. She's 15 now and healthy; believe me, her lack of breast milk has not hampered her development. I completely agree with Rachel breast milk is best, but your baby will do just fine whichever way you go. I wish you the best!
Another situation with qutsieons that also needs to be guarded against is asking qutsieons only until we get the answer we want. This type of manipulation can be done without being overly suggestive in how the question is asked. At the moment, the associates will feel like the idea is theirs, but ownership will be lost in the long run as associates realize they were manipulated through the questioning. Also, it is important to continue asking qutsieons even if the associate's answer is correct. That allows them to think deeper and to understand the Whys behind their answer not just the Whats . However, if a leader is known to be manipulative in their questioning as above, they will become suspicious of the qutsieons and the learning opportunities are lost.
